On 6th July 2019, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia signed a five-year contract with Rubin Kazan. He played his first game for Rubin Kazan on 15th July; he entered the game as a substitute and scored the leveler against his former team Lokomotiv. Rubin Kazan to Dinamo Batumi

Due to Russia’s attack on Ukraine, FIFA announced on 7th March 2022 that foreign players in Russia can terminate their contracts by themselves until 30th June and can sign with clubs outside Russia until the same date. As a result, Rubin Kazan revealed that they were terminating Kvaratskhelia’s contract on 24th March 2022. He immediately signed a contract with Georgia’s Dinamo Batumi on the same day (24th March 2022).

Khvicha played eleven games for Dinamo Batumi, contributing to the team’s success by scoring eight goals and creating two assists. Erovnuli Liga declared him the best player of the season’s second half between April and July.

On 1st July 2022, Serie A team Napoli announced that they had from Dinamo Batumi on a deal that would last until 2027. Napoli signed him for an estimated fee of around €10–12 million. Kvaratskhelia played his first game for the Napoli team on 15th August against Hellas Verona on the first day of the Serie A 2022-23 season. He scored and helped set up goals in a 5–2 win.

Following his goal-scoring form, he became the top scorer in Serie A and was the first Player in Napoli’s history to record three goals in the first two league games. He won the Serie A Player of the Month award for August 2022.

On 4th October, he got his first Champions League goal when his team beat Ajax 6–1 on the road. He was named Man of the Match and was on the competition team of the week after scoring another goal and giving an assist in the return game a week later.

Kvaratskhelia won the Serie A Player of the Month award in February 2023 for the second time. He scored three goals and had an assist during that month, making him the first player to win the prize more than once in the same season.

The following month, he won another Serie A Player of the Month award, a similar prize from the Italian Footballers’ Association. He won the Serie A Goal of the Month award for a stunning goal he scored in a 2-0 win against Atalanta on 11th March.
