He immediately signed a contract with Georgia’s Dinamo Batumi on the same day (24th March 2022).

Napoli

On 1st July 2022, Serie A team Napoli announced that they had from Dinamo Batumi on a deal that would last until 2027. Napoli signed him for an estimated fee of around €10–12 million. Kvaratskhelia played his first game for the Napoli team on 15th August against Hellas Verona on the first day of the Serie A 2022-23 season. He scored and helped set up goals in a 5–2 win.
